Responsibilities:
- Documentation/definition of functional requirements and system design
- Develop and unit test components
- Develop code following HitPath coding conventions and documentation standards
- Correct issues found in testing or the implementation of features
- Must be able to conduct and assist in design reviews
- Participate in the development of customer-driven enhancement features
- Perform normal administrative functions associated with a professional position, such as time reporting, project status reporting, and the like

Requirements:
- Languages: PHP, CSS, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, XML, Flex and Action Script

- Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, and MVC frameworks

- Ability to accurately and thoroughly document your work

Position Overview
As a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing a high quality of technical support and customer service, to HitPath clients, via Telephone, Instant Messenger, and E-Mail. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting client issues involving internet ad campaigns, reporting, user maintenance, etc. You will apply your excellent troubleshooting skills and your ability to diagnose and resolve issues. You will be able to provide timely resolutions to support requests while demonstrating superior customer care skills and practices. The ability to recognize priority issues and escalate them accordingly will be critical to your success. HitPath has a very broad user base so it is critical that you can successfully communicate with individuals from the most non-technical, to deeply technical engineers or senior managers. You will be an active advocate for the customer within our organization.

We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic, and creative Junior web/UI designer who has the passion to design a clean user experience that pushes the boundaries of traditional web-based site design.
You will report to the Creative/Marketing Director and will work closely with development teams to build and maintain a high quality and consistent HitPath Software user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in User Interface
Experience.
- Graphic development and maintenance for company website and company brand.
- Help to conceptualize and develop online training demo's and presentations.
- Must have strong web design and building skills in CSS and traditional HTML.
